Per property, billed by autopay. Price is set by how often we visit and the size of your home. Every plan includes monthly maintenance or fix-it time.

Sign up online in a couple of minutes. TRM takes it from there.
Choose your schedule
Pick Weekly, Every 2 weeks or Monthly based on how often you want us there, then check out. Your card is saved for autopay.
TRM sets up your home
We confirm your property size, set your regular visit day and keep a key on file. Your Walkthrough Portal is ready as soon as you sign up.
We walk, you get photos
Every visit includes a photo report in your private Drive folder. Use your included hours for repairs, storm checks or contractor access. Extra walkthroughs are billed separately.

What is home watch?
Home watch is scheduled walkthroughs of your empty home while you’re away. TRM checks inside and out for leaks, pests, damage and systems issues, then sends a photo report after every visit.
Who are these plans for?
Homeowners with a second home or vacation home in South County, RI and CT. Rentals that sit empty between stays can use them too. If you need turnovers and guest-ready service, see Rental Care instead.
How often do you visit?
Weekly, every 2 weeks or monthly, on a regular day we set with you. You don’t need to book those visits. Use Book a Visit in the portal for extras.
How do included hours work?
Weekly includes 3 hours of maintenance or fix-it time each month. Every 2 weeks and Monthly include 2 hours. Repairs and contractor access use those hours first, then $65/hr. Extra walkthroughs are billed separately: $125 with 48+ hours notice, $200 under 48 hours or same day, and storm checks are $150. Each covers the first 2 hours on site, then $65/hr. Time is billed in 30-minute blocks, and unused hours don’t roll over.
What does an extra walkthrough cost?

What if you find a problem?
We take photos, then call or text you. Nothing gets fixed without your OK. Repairs use your included hours first, then $65/hr. Parts and subcontractors are at cost + 15%.
Do you respond at night?
No. TRM responds the same day during the day. Overnight calls aren’t covered.
My home is over 5,000 sq ft. What do I do?
Homes over 5,000 sq ft are quoted. Call or text (860) 578-5516, fill out our free consultation form, or send an email to matt@trmpropertymaintenance.com.
How do I update my card or cancel?
Sign in, click Account, then Digital Products. You can update your payment method or cancel future payments there. To switch visit schedules, cancel and sign up for the new plan, or call and we’ll help.
